Bugfixes galore! 

• Fixed an issue where ai commands filters were being ignored
• Fixed an issue where both ai tts and normal tts were sometimes playing twice
• Fixed an issue where Twitch accounts weren't being linked properly after opening the program again resulting in various errors and misbehaviors.
• Improved requests to ChatGPTso request will have a better chance of not being dropped
• Fixed an issue with tts.monster where some voices weren't being properly set up and were disrupting connections to tts.monster in the long run. A message will appear in VTS P.O.G. prompting the user to change the voice when this happens.
• Fixed an issue with tts.monster where sometimes requests will not be dropped after timing out.
• Fixed an issue where ai commands cooldowns weren't functioning correctly.
• Fixed an issue where non-ai sub-messages weren't being read when ai was enabled.
• Fixed an error where the program will error out when Twitch sessions failed to be established properly
• Fixed an issue where hotkeys will sometimes fail to generate an error out of the program.
• Fixed an issue with pets' logs weren't being saved when manually saving the program.
• Fixes some other small issues here and there.

We will try adding soon enough some way to check the state of chatgpt requests given that they sometimes just fail in chatgpt servers and it seems our solutions to prevent those failures aren't just enough. These situations are highly reduced with this build, but they CAN still happen.
